About Lucas SoucyLucas Soucy has 13 years of experience in the retirement services industry. He started with Congruent Solutions as a Consultant in July 2005, coming from GoldK Retirement Services where he was the Director of Operations. He joined Congruent to assist in the set up our Retirement Services division offering back office administration for Defined Contributions and Defined Benefit Plans. After helping establish the department and train the team he joined us full time and managed the transitioning of new clients, delivery to our existing clients and keeping the team educated on industry knowledge and standards. He now serves as the Director of Retirement Services where he has responsibility for the entire Retirement Services Division here in the U.S. overseeing our Operations onshore and abroad. This includes managing the relationships of existing clients, cultivating new relationships with sales, managing the transition of new clients to our offshore delivery platform and continuing to oversee and educate the offshore team.
